I led the firm's first work on digital assets and built the original case: the valuation model, the FCA engagement, and the path through internal risk, legal and compliance. Baillie Gifford launched BAGEY in June 2026, the UK's first fully native tokenised fund and FCA-approved. The firm's head of digital assets says it could not have happened without that early work.
Advised the founder and built the company's first financial model. That led to a strategic refocus on one of their two service offerings, and a successful exit eighteen months later.
